Obituary for Shirley Haddix McIntosh
Shirley Haddix McIntosh, age 76, of Jackson, Kentucky, beloved wife of the late Harlan McIntosh, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the Nim Henson Geriatric Center in Jackson, Kentucky.

Shirley was born April 7, 1941 to the late Floyd and Mary Ann (Tackett) Haddix. She was a homemaker and a member of Full Gospel Church.

She is survived by five sisters, Katherine Campbell of Jackson, Kentucky; Beulah Mae King of Northern, Kentucky; Lillie Strong of Michigan; Emma Lee Brewer of Indiana; and Bonnie Smith of Jackson, Kentucky; one special sister-in-law, Gwen Haddix of Jackson, Kentucky; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, Harlan McIntosh; and parents, Floyd and Mary Ann Haddix, Shirley was preceded in death by one sister, Marie Haddix; and one brother, Kenneth Haddix.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 with Rev. Kenneth Noble officiating. Shirley will be laid to rest in the Haddix Cemetery INC. at Haddix, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2017.
