Obituary for Geraldine Hurst
Geraldine “Gerry” Hurst, age 80, of Highway 205, Campton, Kentucky, departed this earthly life Sunday, July 25, 2021, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky.
Gerry was born on April 7, 1941 to the late Lois Sisson and the late Andrew McConnell. She was an Admissions Clerk at Kentucky River Medical Center.
Gerry is survived by One Daughter, Tonya Hurst Robinson of Clay City, Kentucky, One Granddaughter, Angelina Brewer of Campton, Kentucky, Sisters; Rosalie(Dick) Givens of Kent Washington, Marie McConnell of Manhattan, Kansas, Special Friends; Stephanie Jett, Mary Watkins, Karen Bunn, a host of other Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends, along with a Very Special Friend to the family Kristen Fugate, to mourn her passing.
Gerry was preceded in death by husband, William “Billy” Hurst, Mother, Lois Sisson, Father, Andrew McConnell, Sisters; Deborah Sanders, Betty O’Donnell, Brothers; William E. “Bill” McConnell, and Andrew G. McConnell Jr.
Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, July 29, 2021, at 1:00 PM at The Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky with Pastor John Bunn officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday July 28, 2021, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Watts Funeral Home Chapel.
