Obituary for Rosan Mullins
Rosan Mullins, 84, of Booneville, Kentucky, beloved wife of the late Frank Mullins, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, Kentucky.
Rosan was born on December 22, 1932 to the late Alex and Bertha Herald. She was a retired teacher's aide.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter, Theresa (Steve) Kilburn of Jackson, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Amanda Kilburn, Stephen Kilburn, and Franklin Kilburn, all of Jackson, Kentucky; one great granddaughter, Lilith Kilburn of West Virginia; three sisters, Dora Turner, Nettie (Willie) Turner, and Rebecca Baker, all of Jackson, Kentucky; two brothers, Wesley (Rosie) Herald of Jackson, Kentucky; Herbert (Judy) Herald of Jackson, Kentucky; special friend, Montanna Mullins of Jackson, Kentucky; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with David Caudill and Paul Turner officiating. Rosan will be laid to rest in the Alex Herald Cemetery, Houston Road, Jackson, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
