Obituary for Marcile Dunn King
Marcile Dunn King, age 75 of Highway 1812 - Campton, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at her residence.
Marcile was born on October 25, 1944 to the late Ira and Carmie Pence Dunn. She was a member of Lee City First Church of God.
She is survived by three daughters: Karen (Bryan) Pelfrey of Campton, Kentucky, Jane (Lanny) Bolin of Morgan County, and Benita (Daniel) Pelfrey of Morgan County; four grandchildren: Christopher (Crystal) Bolin, Sarah (Jake) Wielgosiek, Justin (Andrea) Shuler, and Stephanie (Nicholas) Combs; six great grandchildren: Destini Shuler, Harley Shuler, Temperance Bolin, Audrey Wielgosiek, Emilia Wielgosiek, and Colton Combs; one sister: Hazel Hatton of Paris, Kentucky; one brother: Leonard (Earlene) Dunn of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ira and Carmie Pence Dunn, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby King, two brothers, Marvin Dunn and Charles Dunn, and two sisters, Mary Ellen Dunn and Ruth Dunn.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 27, 2019 with Rev. Stanley Burnett and Rev. Rick Sallee officiating. Marcile will be laid to rest in the King - Bolin Cemetery at Grassy Creek, Kentucky with Christopher Bolin, Justin Shuler, Nicholas Combs, Jake Wielgosiek, Bryan Pelfrey, Lanny Bolin, and Daniel Pelfrey serving as Pallbearers and Sarah Wielgosiek, Stephanie Combs, Andrea Shuler, and Crystal Bolin serving as Honorary Pallbearers. Friends may visit the funeral home at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 26, 2019.
