Obituary for Wilgus Conner
Wilgus Conner, 72, of Vancleve, KY passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015 at his residence. Wilgus was born on April 30, 1943 to the Late Oliver and Beatrice Mullins Conner. He was a retired Farmer, a member of House of Prayer of Vancleve, KY where he served as Deacon. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jean Moore Conner of Vancleve, KY; one daughter, Mary (Doug) Blair of Vancleve, KY; one son, Junior (Debbie) Conner of Vancleve, KY; two sisters: Betty (Larry) Maggard of Powell, County; Barb (Don) Wilson of Mt. Sterling, KY; five brothers: Minford (Ella) Conner of Vancleve, KY; Mike (Shirley) Conner of Vancleve, KY; Paul (Brenda) Conner of Jackson, KY; Harold (Donna) Conner of Wolfe, County; Phillip (Irene) Conner of Middletown, Ohio; sister-in-law, Doris Jean (Late husband, William Conner); one special uncle, Cledis Mullins of Wolfe, County; one aunt, Grethel Wilson of Verona, KY; host of nieces and nephews; and Pap to three special children: Dawson Hays, Tressany Hays and Chloe Blair. In addition to his parents, Wilgus was preceded in death by brother, William Conner; two sisters: Wilma Jean Lowe and Mary Lou Rickus.
