Obituary for Terrance Wayne Cundiff
Terrance Wayne Cundiff, age 69, of Jackson, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Bluegrass Hospice Care in Hazard, Kentucky.
Terry was born on May 2, 1947, a son of Pauline (Pelfrey) Cundiff and the late Burl Cundiff. He graduated from Breathitt County High School and Eastern Kentucky University and was a retired businessman.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, mother, Pauline (Pelfrey) Cundiff of Jackson, Kentucky; two daughters, Terilynn Cundiff of Rowan County; Laramie Cundiff of Jacksonville, Florida; one brother, Darrell (Janet) Cundiff of Jackson, Kentucky; two sisters, Kaye (Ted) Holbrook of Campton, Kentucky; Gayle C. Campbell McIntosh of Jackson, Kentucky; one paternal uncle, Roger (Sue) Cundiff of Cordia, Kentucky; four nephews, Todd (Angie) Holbrook of Campton, Kentucky; Chase Cundiff of Jackson, Kentucky; Nicholas Cundiff of Jackson, Kentucky; Bill Justin Campbell of Morehead, Kentucky; two nieces, Lory Beth (John) VanHook of Somerset, Kentucky; Rebecca Campbell of Jackson, Kentucky; six great nieces and two great nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his father, Burl Cundiff, Terry was preceded in death by half brother, Charles Eugene Cundiff; daughter, Livrona Cundiff; spouse, Brenda Campbell Cundiff; and brother-in-law, John Ervine McIntosh.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2017 with Rev. Carl McIntosh officiating. Terry will be laid to rest in the Cundiff Cemetery at White Oak, Kentucky with Todd Holbrook, John VanHook, Nicholas Cundiff, Chase Cundiff, Bill Justin Campbell, and B.B. Blevins serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers, Owen Tomblin, Dr. Mercede, and Ted Holbrook. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Additional services will be held at 7:00 p.m.
