Obituary for Roy Cecil Fraley
Roy Cecil Fraley, age 74, of Jackson, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 at Greg and Noreen Hospice Care of Hazard, Kentucky.
Roy was born February 7, 1943 to the late John and Lottie Gibbs Fraley. He was a Temple Steel Supervisor of Chicago, IL.
He is survived by two daughters, Tina Fraley (Darren) Alexander of Morehead, Kentucky; and Lisa (Frederico) Sierra of Richmond, Kentucky; one son, Roy Cecil Fraley Jr and wife Jennifer of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; close friend, Elaine Innocente of Illinois; fourteen grandchildren, Tiffany Irene Rosado (Coty Burdine); Misty Rose Rosado; Johnny Roy Sierra; Tabitha Irene and husband Ethan Haddix; Melannie Shania Fraley; Alexis Deardra Moore; Sophia Nicole Fraley; Roy Andrew Cameron; Jessica Sierra; Frederico Sierra Jr; Pedro Sierra; Gigi Hernandez; Olivia Sophia Innocente; Patrico Roy Innocente; one great grandchild, Remedy Neveah Burdine; and many other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents John and Lottie Fraley, Roy was preceded in death by his wife Sophia Vires Fraley.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentuckyat 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 with Pastor Doug Finley officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2018 until time of service at 5:00 p.m.
