Obituary for Rose Marie Strong
Rose Marie Strong, age 51 of Whick, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday August 11, 2021 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice care - Hazard, Kentucky.

Rose was born on March 15, 1970 to the late Steve Peters and Katheen (Kathy) Gross Clay. She was a member of Providence Pentecostal Church and a retired Recreation leader of the Veteran Center.

She is survived by, Husband : Dennis (Red) Strong, One Daughter : Megan (Zach) Miller, One son : Jared Strong (Candy Dunfee), Six Grandchildren : Eli Miller, Bentley Strong, Andrew Lutes, Kylie Moore, Addison Moore, and Elizabeth Moore, One sister : Tammy (Scott) Harvey of MT. Sterling, Kentucky, One brother : Steve Allen Peters of MT. Sterling, Kentucky, Step Mother : Joyce Peters, One step brother : Lyndell (Debbie) Hatmaker, Also survived by a host of Family and Friends.

Rose was Preceded in death by Mother : Kathy Clay, Step Father : Price Clay, and Father : Steve Peters.

Funeral Services will be conducted at Watts Funeral Home Chapel Friday August 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM With Pastor Gary Bellamy Officiating. Rose will be laid to rest at Deaton Raleigh Cemetery, Whick Kentucky With Zach Miller, Byron Bellamy, Michael Bellamy, Jordan Bellamy, Jared Strong, and Johnny Butler serving as pallbearers.
