Ronnie Morris age 59, of Jackson, KY passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. Ronnie was born November 25, 1956 to the Late Winston and Lizzie White Morris. He was an employee of the Juvenile Detention Center where he worked as a youth worker 3. He was also a United States Army Veteran. Ronnie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose greatest pleasure was spending time with those he loved. He is survived by his loving wife, Trish Morris of Jackson, KY; two daughters, Rhonda Morris of Jackson, KY; Jessica (J.K.) Little of Jackson, KY; four Grandchildren, Layne Gibson, Danyka Whitaker, Jakoby Little, and Wesley Little; five brothers, Wayne (Sharon) Morris of Hazard, KY; Coursey (Linda) Morris of Jackson, KY; James Morris of Jackson, KY; Lonnie (Cathy) Morris of Stanton, KY; Willie (Leslie) Morris of Abingdon, Virginia; sister-in-law, Julia Faye White Morris of Austin, Indiana. Ronnie also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Ronnie was preceded in death by his loving parents; one brother, Zack Morris, and one sister-in-law, Bobbie Morris. Ronnie built his life around his family and friends and his deep love, strength and integrity will greatly be missed. Serving as pallbearers, Wayne Morris, Coursey Morris, Lonnie Morris, Willie Morris, Layne Gibson, Tyler Morris, and J.K. Little. Honorary pallbearer, James Morris.
