Obituary for Pauline Back Hensley
Pauline Back Hensley, age 98 of Jackson, KY passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Nim Henson Geriatric Center. Pauline was a retired teacher and a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson, KY. Pauline is the daughter of the Late W.D. and Emma Herald Back. She is survived her daughter Barbara H. (J.P) Deaton of Jackson, KY. Two brothers: Robert (Dosha) Back and Raymond (Joy) Back - both of Ohio. Six grand daughters: Jayne D. (Greg) Risner - Ohio, Janet D. (Christian) Lenikus - Illinois, Deborah (Dan) Miller - Ohio, Dorothy Paulette (Dave) Spang - Ohio, Maribett (Scott) Decker - Ohio, and Wilfreda (Kevin) Mann - Georgia. Also survivng are twelve great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Pauline is preceded in death by her parents W.D. and Emma Herald Back. A daughter Wanda Lee Garrett. Sisters: Evalese Edna Mae, Mary Lousie, and Dorothy. Brothers: Seldon, Roscoe, T. Kelly, Edgar, Leonard, Woodrow, Carl, and Wilmer. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services be held Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Noble officiating. Burial will follow at the Jackon Cemetery of Jackon, KY. *** In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Jackson, KY (and/or) Interfaith of Breathitt Co.
