Obituary for Myrtle Landrum
Myrtle Landrum, age 91 of Clayhole, KY passed away Friday, July 19, 2013 at Hospice Care Center of Hazard, KY. Myrtle was a member of Clayhole Brethern Church, loved to sew, garden, and read her Bible. Myrtle is the daughter of the Late Emory and Rusha Campbell and widow of Earl Landrum. Surviving Myrtle is a son: Fred (Patty) Landrum - Jackson, KY. Son-in-law: David Taulbee, Grandchildren: Kimberly (Ronnie Cameron), Cheri (David) Samford, Craig (Christy) Taulbee, Damon Dyre, Donna (Scott) Hardin. Seven Great-Grandchildren: Ellie Taulbee, Lillian Samford, Braelyn Cameron, Harrison Samford, Cody Cameron, Adah Hardin, Grace Hardin. One brother: Lewis (Kathleen) Campbell, a sister: Louise (Ronald) Johnson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Myrtle is preceded in death by husband Earl Landrum, parents Emory and Rusha Campbell, sons: Douglas Landrum and Gearld Landrum, daughter: Betty Carol Taulbee, great- grandson: Shadrach Landrum Hardin, and brothers: James, Douglas, Andrew, John, and Shirl. Visitation will be Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Watts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. E.G. Clark officiating. Burial will follow at the Strong Cemetery of Lost Creek, KY.
