Obituary for Morton William King
Morton William King, age 79, of Jackson, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Hopsital in Lexington, Kentucky.

Morton was born on October 27, 1937, a son of the late George "Toby" and Martha (Banks) King. He was a former gas station owner and a member of Grace Bible Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Judy and husband Joe White of Jackson, Kentucky; one grandchild, Dylon White of Jackson, Kentucky; two sisters, Faye Privitte of Raleigh, North Carolina; Mildred Henson of Jackson, Kentucky; two brothers, Melvin King of Winchester, Kentucky; John King of Florida; special great nieces and nephews, Cember Campbell, Emma Holbrook, and Jamison Holbrook; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, George and Martha King, Morton was also preceded in death by one brother, Jr. King.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 with Armon Nichols officiating. Morton will be laid to rest in the King Family Cemetery at Strong Fork Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016.
