Obituary for Menifee Johnson
Menifee Johnson, age 89, of Allen Park Michigan, formerly of Breathitt County, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
Menifee was born August 27, 1928 to the late Elisha and Stella Trent Johnson. He was a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Griffith Johnson of Michigan; two daughters, Pamela (John) Atanosian and Sandra (Frank) Joly both of Michigan; five grandchildren, John E. Antanosian, Carey (Greg) Goodall, Sarah Sievers, Lauren Joly, and Hilary Joly; three great grandchildren, Addyson Goodall, Camryn Goodall, and Emily Goodall; as well as many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 with Scott Rogers officiating. Menifee will be laid to rest in the Griffith Family Cemetery in Shoulderblade, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018 with additional service beginning at 7:00 p.m.
