Obituary for Mary Bowling Shouse
Mary Bowling Shouse, age 79, of Florence, Kentucky, beloved wife of the late J.L. Shouse, passed away, Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Villaspring of Erlanger, Kentucky.
Mary was born on January 10, 1939 to the late John and Della (Turner) Bowling. She was a retired teacher.
She is survived by one son, Jon (Kelly) Shouse of Ohio; one grandson, Carter Shouse of Ohio; three sisters: Elizabeth Bowling of Florence, Kentucky; Sara Spicer, also of Florence, Kentucky; and Midge (Carl) Smith of Burlington, Kentucky; a host of nieces, and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2018 with Joel Grier officiating. Mary will be laid to rest in the Floyd Shouse Cemetery on Town Hill Rd, Jackson, Kentucky with nephews: Gary Spicer, Ron Stith, Cameron Carlotta, Cole Harshbarger, Andrew Smith, Brent Smith, James Spicer, and David Spicer serving as pallbearers. Friends may visit the funeral home after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2018.
