Obituary for Madge Lene Sergent
Madge Lene Sergent, age 92 of Winchester, Indiana - formerly of Jackson, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana.
Madge was born on November 05, 1928 to the late Kelly and Callie Stallard Ison.
She is survived by her son, Billy (Judy) Sergent; daughter, Linda Carol (Larry) Rittenhouse; six grandchildren, Geoff (Tonya) Rittenhouse, Kristina (Mike) Smiley, Larry Duane (Sherrie) Rittenhouse, Melissa "Missy" (Korey) Cress, Melanie (Dwayne) Wright, and Timothy Sergent; twenty great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents Kelly and Callie Stallard Ison, Madge was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Parnell Sergent, one son, Tommy Sergent, one sister, Avie (Ison) Taylor, five brothers, Anzil Ison, Edgar Ison, Coy Ison, Manus Ison, and Komas Ison, and four sisters, Opal Ison, Oma Bates, Lona Ison, and Loreva Ison.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Sergent Cemetery where Madge will be laid to rest.
