Obituary for Lueranie H. White
Lueranie H. White, age 78, of River Caney, Lost Creek, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Lueranie was born on July 12, 1938, a daughter of the Late D.B. and Lozzie (Mullins) Henson. She was a retired bookkeeper of Middle Kentucky River.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Elijah White of River Caney; one daughter, Jenny (Charles) Baker of River Caney; two sons, Danny (Norma) White of River Caney; and Floyd (Tracy) White of Lost Creek, Kentucky; grandchildren, Daniel White, Kevin White, Nathaniel White, Angie Baker and Jonathan White, Jessica (Kevin) Noble, Casey White, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at the River Caney Old Regular Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 with Pastor Lige Gross and Kenneth Noble officiating. Lueranie will be laid to rest in the Hughes and White Cemetery at River Caney with her family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. with additional services at 7:00 p.m. Friends may also visit the River Caney Old Regular Baptist Church after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 until time of funeral service.
