Lillie Mae Manns of Noctor, KY, age 77, departed this earthly life April 03, 2015 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center of a short illness. She is survived by her children: Curt (Marilyn) Manns of Washougal, Washington; Lee (Mary) Manns of Douglasville, Ga.; Robert (Sharon) Manns of Orting, Washington; William (Martha) Manns of Carmargo, KY; Edward Glenn Manns of Berea, KY; Shirley (Harlan) Jones of Glencoe, KY; Diana Coats of Saucier, Miss.; Betty Sue (Tony) LoBuono of Houma, LA; Deborah (Timothy) Brunet of Noctor, KY; Elizabeth (Tommy) Southwood of Stanton, KY; also survived by 29 Grandchildren; 50 Great Grandchildren; and four Great Great Grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Lillie is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Manns; step son, Frankie Manns; Grandsons, Brian Manns and Steven Spradlin. Lillie was a very strong and independent woman and a true blessing to all that knew her. Being a wife and mother were precious gifts that meant the world to her. She loved working in her flowers and watching the fruits of her labor grow into beautiful decorations on her farm. Lillie had a spark that would outshine the sun. The success of her family can be attributed to her guidance and wisdom, the love and understanding she gave is irreplaceable. She sacrificed so many things in her life to make sure her children and grandchildren were always taken care of. Working hard was never an option but a will that she possessed that was instilled in each of her children and grandchildren. She had a special grandson, Johnathon Brunet, that became her caregiver 13 years ago who she loved dearly. His contributions to this family and to his grandmother is never unnoticed or unappreciated. Rest in peace dear mother for now you are dancing with your beloved and we have gained another guardian angel.
