Obituary for John Larry Turner
John Larry Turner age 64 of Jackson, KY passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at his residence. He was the husband of Linda Tincher Turner. Larry was a retired school teacher and a member of Providence Pentecostal Church. Larry received his Associate of Arts degree from Lees College and furthered his education at Cumberland and Morehead where he received both his Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees. Larry was born on July 05, 1950 to Elmer and Bonnie Mae Turner. Larry is survived by his wife of forty-five years: Linda Turner of Jackson, KY; two daughters: Lisa (Chris) Banks of Jackson, KY; Tammy (James) Parks of Jackson, KY; one Grandson: Bryson Trey Parks of Jackson, KY; one Granddaughter: Jourdan Parks of Louisville, KY; one Great Granddaughter: Nali Diaz of Louisville, KY; one Great Grandson: Jacob Diaz of Louisville, KY; one brother: Vernon (Jan) Turner of Richmond, KY; one sister: Bonnie (William) Lively of Jackson, KY; one heartfelt son: Craig (Kena and Keesha) Mullins of Jackson, KY. Larry is preceded in death by parents: Elmer and Bonnie Mae Turner; one brother: Elmer Turner Jr.
