Obituary for Jeffrey Scott Noble
Jeffrey Scott Noble, former Chief of Police at the Jackson Police Department, left his earthly residence on May 10, 2017, at the age of 52 while at home.
Jeffrey was born on April 12, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio. He served the Jackson Police Department for over 20 years, with his last years there as Police Chief. He enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing or just sitting outside to converse with family and friends. He was a member of the Breathitt Masonic Lodge 649 F&AM. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Arnett Noble.
Jeffrey is survived by his two children, Jason (Sondra) Noble of Lost Creek, Kentucky and Jessica (Justin) Neace of Jackson, Kentucky; his mother, Shirley Noble of Campton, Kentucky; one brother, Mark (Michelle) Noble and one sister, Arnetta (Perry) Fugate both of Campton, Kentucky; four grandchildren Colton Arnett Noble, Ellyson Grace Noble, Carson Scott Neace and Brinsley Faye Neace; the mother of his children JaneAnn Patrick Noble, and a host of Family and Friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home in Jackson, Kentucky at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday May 13, 2017 with Reverend James Kenneth Noble officiating. Jeffrey will be laid to rest on the Field's Family Cemetery at Lost Creek, Kentucky with Travis Fugate, Dave Noble, Ted Noble, Albert Martinez, Ray Shepherd, Timothy McIntosh, Jamon Halvaksz, Timothy Gay, Ray Barnett and Perry Fugate serving as Pallbearers. Friends may visit the Funeral Home on Friday May 12, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. with Masonic Rites at 7:00 P.M.
