Obituary for Dora Cole Bush
Dora Cole Bush, age 82, of Altro, Kentucky, beloved wife of the late Charlie Bush, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at her residence.
Dora was born on March 10, 1934 to the late Dan and Bertha (Combs) Cole. She was a homemaker and a member of Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by daughter, Patricia (Ray) Spicer of Gays Creek, Kentucky; sons, Charlie Bush Jr. of Jackson, Kentucky; Larry Wayne Bush of Barwick, Kentucky; Gary Keith Bush of Jackson, Kentucky; Joe Ed (Tina) Bush of Barwick, Kentucky; and David A. Bush of Barwick, Kentucky; one brother, John L. Bush of Tennessee; several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
In addition to her husband, Charlie Bush; and parents, Dan and Bertha Cole, Dora was also preceded in death by sister, Reva Smith; and brothers, Silas Cole, Paul Cole, and Robin Cole.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2016 with Bennie Combs officiating. Dora will be laid to rest in the Bush Family Cemetery at Barwick, Kentucky with her family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.
