Obituary for Chester Glen Banks
Chester Glen Banks age 61 of Jackson, KY passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at his residence. Chester was born July 14, 1954 to the Late Vernon and Mildred Clair Banks. Chester served as Pastor of Vancleve Church of Christ for 30 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Williams Banks of Jackson, KY; one daughter, Joanie (Charlie) Banks of Vancleve, KY; two sons, Christopher (Tonya) Banks of Haddix, KY; Nicholas (Ashley) Banks of Booneville, KY; three sisters, Gwen (Ike) Noble of Lost Creek, KY; Wilma (Glen) Armstrong of Florida; Ruby (Sam) Gross of Jackson, KY; three brothers, June (Pat) Banks of Jackson, KY; Jay (Sue) Banks of Ohio; Ed (Sue) Banks of Mt. Carmel, KY; four Grandchildren, Chase Banks, Dylan Banks, Blake Banks, and Dawson Banks; special friend, Johnny Combs. Chester also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends to mourn his passing. Chester was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Dawnie Faye Banks, Shirley Ann Banks; one brother, Robert Banks, and one Granddaughter, Alexia Madison Banks.
