Obituary for Cash Henson
Cash Henson, age 76 of Lost Creek, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at UT Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Cash was born on February 06, 1943 to the late Tom and Cassie Baker Henson, He was a retired State Highway Employee.
He is survived by his wife: Ellen Neace Henson of Lost Creek, Kentucky; one son: Kash Johnny (Linda) Henson of Lost Creek, Kentucky; three daughters: Cassie (Doug) Pelfrey of Jackson, Kentucky, Rachel (Burchel) White of River Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky, and Mary (Wiley) Hudson of Lost Creek, Kentucky; eight grandchildren: Brittany White, Burley White, James Pelfrey, Loran Hudson, Wiley Jr. Hudson, Jeremy Pelfrey, Michael Henson, and Matthew Henson; eight great grandchildren; one sister: Barb Neace of Rivery Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky; four brothers: John (Shirl) Henson of River Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky, Jerry Henson of River Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky, Mason (Shirley) Henson of River Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky, and Willie (Frances) Henson of Perry County; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Tom and Cassie Baker Henson, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Donnie Henson, Lonnie Henson, Jake Henson, and Charlie Henson.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2019 with Rev. Kenneth Noble officiating. Cash will be laid to rest in the Henson-Bush Cemetery at River Caney - Lost Creek, Kentucky with grandsons and nephews serving as pallbearers. Friends may visit the funeral home at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 13, 2019 with special singing beginning at 7:00 PM.
