Billy Ray Turner, age 68, of Jackson, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at his residence.
Billy was born on December 2, 1955 to the late Monroe and Ruth Naomi Haddix Turner.
Billy is survived by His Wife; Irene Campbell, One Sister; Effie(Sam) Jackson of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, One Brother; Eugene(Kathy) Turner of Jackson, Kentucky, Four Grandchildren; Madison Turner, Caleb Turner, Gunner Turner, Wyatt Turner, One Step Daughter; Katrina(Dana) Strong, Four Step Grand Children; Katlyn Strong, Kiera Strong, Kelly Strong, Tessa Hurt, One Step Great Grandchild; Eleanor Turner, Several Nieces, Nephews, and Other Relatives and Friends.
Billy was preceded in death by His Parents; Monroe and Ruth Naomi Haddix Turner, Son; Dean Monroe Turner, Daughter; Aubrey Turner, Two Sisters; Emma Haddix, Elizabeth Turner, and Brother; Larry Turner.
Funeral Services for Billy Ray Turner will be held on Saturday August 24, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at The Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky with Pastor Archie Combs and Bryan Combs Jr. Officiating. He will be laid to rest in Monroe Turner Cemetery on Highland Road with Family and Friends Serving as Pallbearers. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday August 23, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. with Masonic Rites beginning at 7:00 P.M.
